TATE Cotton Trousers in Sand, cut in our Tokyo atelier from structured Japanese cotton.
Straight leg with a high waist and subtle taper, balancing tailoring with ease. The waistband is lined in Nishijin-ori, hand woven in Kyoto in the 四季花文錦 (Shiki Hana Mon Nishiki) pattern, a brocade depicting the flowers of all four seasons and regarded as one of Kyoto’s most celebrated Nishijin-ori motifs.
A matching woven panel runs along the right pocket, anchored by a leather patch embossed with the KOTĀN crest.
