Your order will be accepted for return or exchange if returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kotan-tokyo.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Returned with all tags intact, attached, and free of any damage
• Returned in their original packaging

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as KOTĀN cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Made-to-order or customised pieces
• Final sale items
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Should you receive an item that is not to our usual standard, or that differs from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund with our sincere apologies and at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We are happy to arrange an exchange for a different size wherever stock allows. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
