TATE Cotton Trousers in Black, cut in our Tokyo atelier from structured Japanese cotton.
Straight leg with a high waist and subtle taper, balancing tailoring with ease. The waistband is lined in Nishijin-ori, hand woven in Kyoto in the 亀甲 (Kikkō) pattern, a hexagonal motif dating back to the Heian period and associated with longevity and protection.
A matching woven panel runs along the right pocket, anchored by a leather patch embossed with the KOTĀN crest.
